Who We Are

Nolan Collins and JetBlue President: Marty St. George present a check to the Boston Bruinds Foundation to Boston Bruins legend and icon: Bob Sweeney.

The JetBlue Hockey Club took flight in 2019, fueled by the shared dream of Captains Nolan Collins, Robin Staveley, and Thomas Murphy. From a small band of passionate skaters in Winthrop, MA, we've soared to over 130 JetBlue crewmembers, united by our love of hockey and proudly sporting the JetBlue Hockey logo.

Our captains have contributed to the collective growth of our organization. Collins's relentless drive made us the first airline team to compete in the Air Traffic Controllers International Hockey Tournament, where we left an indelible mark. Murphy’s dedication keeps our practices sharp and our social media buzzing, setting the stage for JetBlue Hockey’s powerful presence. Staveley’s leadership and connections launched the Airline Invitational Classic, now an annual event in Nashville, TN, featuring top teams from major U.S. and Canadian airlines.

Each skate, we welcome new JetBlue crew members to be woven into the fabric that we call family. Every new member of the team has the ability to speak up and organize events if they desire. One of our goalies, Thomas Barone, organized a fundraising game against the Boston Bruins Alumni to raise money for the Boston Children’s Hospital. And one of our forwards, Jeff Cole, helped give us the opportunity to play with the SkateFor22 Foundation to raise money for Veteran suicide prevention.

JetBlue Hockey competes globally, embodying the spirit of teamwork and determination.
